Jim has 16 years experience running a warehouse. He has been with Sands commercial floor coverings for 10 years, starting in 2004.

Jim is responsible for material coming in and out of the warehouse. Dealing with the logistics side as well as dealing with all of the installers. Making sure that all jobs are prepared for the installers and for deliveries. Jim is responsible for maintaining the warehouse on a daily basis and the machines needed to accomplish this work.

Jim has complete knowledge of running a warehouse. Working his way up from a part timer into a supervisory role.
