Dan joined Sands in 1997 years ago with a background in residential and commercial construction, giving Dan a great insight and a strong foundation with specialized training in both the theoretical and practical aspects of understanding what is essential at a job site.
Dan’s original position with Sands was as Warehouse Manager and Installation Scheduling Co-ordinator. His time management and organizational skills have allowed Dan to anticipate the needs and perceive all facets of what was required for each situation. His interpersonal skills and understanding of the necessity to establish clear and efficient lines of communication permitted him to ensure projects were completed on the desired target date.
Dan’s promotion to Project Manager instilled within him the vital experience with respect to supervision responsibilities in all facets of project organization and development. He is constantly on sites providing a professional and friendly liaison between clients and Sands’ staff ensuring strong customer relations.
